Summary: Very well-located, clean and welcoming guesthouse. Lots of commodities in the room (not sure all have them - microwave, ustensils, mini-fridge). The room was quite noisy at night was something like a loud AC or something going on and off. Breakfast was OK, but probably not best value in town
